This menu is only visible if you are logged in as an admin for the web site. It contains a bunch of pages that are separate newsletter/e-mails that are major program announcements. The pages are remain hidden by having an expiration date that has already past by. Each sub-page has the content for a particular e-mail blast.
Reusing an existing note -
Go into edit mode on the existing announcement and update the details as appropriate
Save the page so the edits are not lost
Go into edit mode again
Change to source view by clicking the source button
Copy all of the source text
Go to the e-mail page, change to source view, paste the source text and then switch back to normal view and look to see that formatting is correct
Highlight the entire document and change the font to anything then change it back to arial otherwise the letter spacing seems to get messed up.
Creating a new note from existing -
Create a new blank page, place under the "WYL Announcements" menu
Name it as appropriate
Set the post and expire dates in the past (keeps the page from being viewable)
Following steps 1 to 5 from another page that looks similar to what you want to create
Paste the Source text into the new page and save
Edit it again and change the text to what you would like, note pasting from MS word is a very bad idea
